GPL
Gpl is a melodic punkrock band from Vigevano (Italy). Gpl started in 1999 and in 2003 their first DIY demo "Hope inside, ruins everywhere" comes to life. After many live shows the band is ready to publish "GPL EP" (2010), a 6-track EP which present the sound of the band. In 2012 the band is ready to publish a new EP, "Phoenix". It represent the beginning of a period that brought the band to share the stage with artists such as Atlas Losing Grip, adrenalized, Tim Vantol and many more. Also "Phoenix" marks the beginning of a writing process that within two years brings the band back in the studio. In 2015, "Anatomy of a sailing ship", the new studio effort of the band, is published on the web via bandcamp while physical copies are being released in partnership with the "Ghost Factory Records & Arts" label for the european market. "Anatomy of a sailing ship" is a sea journey, a journey to be made mandatory by defeating monsters and life changes, but from which we will emerge perhaps more intact than before.
